Hopes, Goals, and Prayers for 2013

For Steve and I, 2013 will bring our 5th wedding anniversary and the 10th anniversary of when we began dating. We are hoping to take a trip just the two of us sometime this year.

For Lucas, it will bring his 4th birthday, more independence and responsibility, continued participation in music and soccer, and a goal of dressing himself.

For Tyler, it will bring his 2nd birthday, a huge amount of speech and motor development, continuing music and starting soccer, and a goal of being potty-trained.

For our family, I am hoping for weekend trips to Chicago and St. Louis, another summer vacation in Minnesota, and visits to museums, zoos, sporting events, and plenty of other opportunities for fun family memories to be made in the comfort of our own home.

For me, in addition to the "Words to Live By" I posted earlier, I have a goal of reading two books a month and continuing to work on our household routines.

For all of us, I am praying for physical health and spiritual growth in the coming year. May 2013 be filled with peace and joy for all. Happy New Year!
